Photographer Noah Berghammer has taken up shop on the Lower East Side of Manhattan. A figure in the fashion scene and founder of his own gallery and production studio, he now finds the most pleasure in simplicity. Stripping down to the fundamentals, his spontaneous portraits devoid of styling, lighting, or retouching are points of connection. With each photo taken, his roots in the city deepen.
